Welcome to APC Auto Parts Centres
Auto Parts Centres (APC) opened its first branch in London in 1983, since then a further thirty branches have been added to the chain, which now stretches across South and central Ontario, constant supply and support of the stores is carried out from our two distribution centres covering over 165,000 square feet of floor space. The first, and largest, is in Dorchester, Ontario, strategically located to service the South Western Ontario market. From this location our worldwide export markets are managed. Our second regional warehouse location is situated in Mississauga, Ontario, and supplies the very large metropolitan Toronto market.
From our stores and warehouses we are able to offer over 250 different product lines to our customers, including undercar, underhood, chemicals, tools and workshop equipment, plus a wide range of performance related parts. APC’s target market is purely trade based, supplying garages, speciality installers and muffler shops throughout the province, with product lines that include; ACDelco, Bosch, Total Lubricants, Federal Mogul, AP Exhaust, Tenneco, Dayco, Fram/Autolite, Spectra Premium as well as many others. For most ‘Premium Branded’ product groups APC offers a cost effective value brand alternative, to complement the ‘Premium Brands’. These ‘Alternative Branded’ products have provided APC’s customers with a competitive edge in their respective markets.
AC Delco has become the company’s flagship parts program, with an offering of 45 different product groups. AC Delco’s proud brand heritage combined with their Total Service and Support (TSS) technician training program, make it the product demanded by the technicians of today. The TSS program is the fastest growing installer based program in Canada, that offers comprehensive technical training with both internet based and hands on abilities. It also offers a technical support hotline, exclusive rewards program and many other features. Installer Customers enjoy 15 to 20 minute delivery in most local areas, on all orders placed either electronically or by telephone.
APC Auto Parts Centres continuously makes significant investments in technology using an IBM iSeries mainframe computer to drive the business. This powerful, state of the art system offers the company’s customers real time product availability and pricing through its e-commerce software. Customers can use the parts look-up electronic catalogue and have access to online order capability, throughout the day and on most evenings and weekends.
APC Auto Parts Centres is the installer based wholesale arm of Canusa Automotive Warehousing, which continues to be a closely held family business that prides itself in service, product availability, competitive pricing and access to senior management. The company currently employs over 150 people, many with more than 10 years of service. The company prides itself with an atmosphere of hardworking customer-focused employees. Our parts counter professionals are noted to be some of the best in the industry for their knowledge and helpful, customer-friendly attitude. The management does not believe in standing still, and are constantly striving to push the company in new directions, seeking new markets while retaining and developing existing customer bases.
Canusa Motorsports is the company's racing division. Canusa races the TOTAL sponsored APC #22 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo late model car at Delaware Speedway and other tracks in South and Central Ontario.
